Inland Empire Outsourcing Services follow all guidelines for UPL.
Is this considered Fee Sharing?
No, our services are paid by the Attorney. The VBA is an independant contractor. We do not refer clients to an Attorney, and we do not refer Attorney's to clients.
Do I have access to all file information?
Absolutely! You will have the original files. All files that we have are available to the Attorney at all times. VBA's work from either email or fax so we take into consideration safety and privacey by providing a locked and secure environment for our copies.
How long does it take for a draft petition?
Most of our petitions will be done within 48 hours. The main time frame depends on how long it takes to get responses from the clients as well as any response needed from the Law Firm.

Our rates are a flat fee per petition based on the case at hand. The rates are competitive and within the industry standard for virtual bankruptcy paralegal services.
